Problems 'Signing up' or 'Signing in'
Q. I have not received my password how can I get it.
A. Depending on your ISP sometimes our messages can be mistaken for junk email.
Make sure you check your junk email folder for your password. If the mail is not there try adding support@vegans4u.com to
your safe senders list and reset your password by clicking here Reset Password.
If you still do not receive your password send a email to
support@vegans4u.com or contact us directly here. Contact us
Q. I have my password but I am unable to sign in what's wrong.
A. Passwords are case sensitive so make sure you are typing the password in the correct case. For example 123ABC is not the
same as 123abc, also check that you are using the same email address that you used to sign up with.
Q. I have forgotten my password how do sign in.
A. If you have forgotten your password you will need to reset it. You can do this by clicking here Reset Password.
Q. When I try to sign in there are no messages informing me that my password is wrong and my browser just returns back to the sign in page.
A. Cookies may be disabled on your browser , Make sure that you set your browser to allow cookies for vegans4u.com and try again. If you don't know how to

My Profile / Account Settings
Q. How do I change my screen name?
A. Click on 'My Profile / Account' in the top menu bar, click on the 'My Profile (Basic)' button then simply edit your screen name in the My Details section and click on the confirm button. Your screen name must be unique. If your screen name is not unique you will be asked to change it and try again.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. Click on 'My Profile / Account' in the top menu bar, click on the 'My Settings' button then in the password section enter your current password and then enter and confirm your new password and click on the change button.
Q. What is the status of my subscription?
A. Click on 'My Profile / Account' in the top menu bar, click on the 'My Settings' button and then simply view the subscription section on the page
Q. How do I manage my email preferences?
A. You are in complete control of the type of emails you receive from vegans4u.com. To change your preferences click on 'My Profile / Account' in the top menu bar, click on the 'My Settings' button then in the notifications section select the type of emails you wish to receive from vegans4u.com.
Q. How do I resign from vegans4u.com?
A. To resign your membership or subscription, click on 'My Profile / Account' in the top menu bar, click on the
'My Settings' button ,then in subscription settings section select 'Disable my account' check box and click on the confirm button. Note: Inactive profiles will be deleted after a set period of time.
Q. How do I change my email address / sign in information?
A. To change your email address, you must first be signed in vegans4u.com Click on the 'Contact us' option on the bottom menu bar and write 'Please change my email address to' and give your new email address. A new password will then be sent to your new email account for you to sign in with (please allow up to 12hrs for this to take effect).
Communicating with other members
Q. How do I send a message to another member?
A. Simply view the members profile and click on the 'Contact me' icon at the top of the page.
Q. How do I block a member from emailing or winking at me?
A. Simply view the members profile and click on the 'block this member' button

Q. How do I specify which matches appear in my inbox from vegans4u.com by mail?
A. To receive the best matches possible make sure your profile's description of about you and the type of person you would
like to meet is complete and accurate. Also save your favourite searches using the custom search's option.
Make sure your email notifications for your search are turned on on the 'My Settings' page.
